Fullstack Engineer (AgenticOps)

What you will do

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and required integrations.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures, propose fixes, and provide actionable evidence.
• Improve automated pull request reviews by evaluating finding accuracy and reducing reviewer noise.
• Develop code quality checks for complexity, file and function size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.
• Improve development environments, testing, build, and release workflows for reliable verification of changes.
• Prioritize tooling improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node skills.
• Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, including output validation and human review.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
• Strong focus on maintainable code, automated quality checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.
