AI-Native TypeScript Engineer

Location: Remote within Europe only; applicants must reside in Europe and hold a valid work permit authorizing employment in the region.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable web applications with Node.js, Bun, React, and Next.js.
• Design and implement agentic and multi-agent workflows for testing, refactoring, code review, and other development tasks.
• Define prompting strategies and context-management patterns for reliable, repeatable AI-assisted development.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and maintain well-documented codebases.
• Collaborate with clients and teammates in a remote-first environment.
• Help evolve internal AI tools, engineering workflows, and development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience with modern web stacks.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills across frontend and backend development.
• Production experience with Node.js or Bun, React, and Next.js, including App Router and Server Components.
• Experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar as a core part of daily development.
• Understanding of AI agent concepts including tokenization, context windows, sub-agents, tools, skills, orchestration, and context management.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; valid European work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Experience with Spec Driven AI Development or Research Plan Implement methodologies.
