Salary: $121,000–$157,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze real estate capital markets trends, including pricing, transactions, financing conditions, cap rates, and capital flows.
• Contribute to research reports, write market analysis and commentary, and develop client-facing data visualizations.
• Respond to client inquiries with data-backed answers and create bespoke analyses or tools when needed.
• Contribute to the roadmap for research products, tools, and datasets.
• Build, validate, and iterate prototypes grounded in rigorous analysis and real-world data.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, or similar tools for pulling, cleaning, modeling, and visualizing data.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs, AI tools, or machine learning techniques to research, writing, or analysis workflows.
• Ability to create clear data visualizations and translate quantitative findings into accessible narratives.
• Experience with statistical modeling, econometric techniques, and large, messy financial datasets.
• Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to move quickly from ideas to prototypes while maintaining analytical rigor.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, capital structures, investment thesis drivers, and key market participants.
• Commercial real estate experience.
