What you will do

• Coordinate the Risk Prevention and Protection Service and perform ASPP responsibilities under Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Identify environmental, health, and safety hazards, assess risks, and design suitable prevention, protection, and control measures.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective action plans.
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, problem-solving investigations, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, and safety observations, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Support worker health and safety and environmental management while driving continuous HSE performance improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an HSE role within a structured company.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and international safety and environmental management standards.
• Specific qualifying ASPP course under Legislative Decree 81/08.
• Qualification as an internal auditor for one or more management systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001.
• Specialized or technical degree, preferably related to HSE.
• Good written and spoken English, strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
