Modern Workplace Architect (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Define and own the target architecture and multi-year roadmap for endpoints, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and end-user services.
• Design cloud-native endpoint management for Windows and macOS using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Jamf.
• Architect Microsoft 365 governance across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including collaboration, retention, sharing, and guest-access controls.
• Design Zero Trust, endpoint security, data protection, Conditional Access, device compliance, and identity-bound device trust controls with Security and IAM.
• Use hirify.global to measure and improve digital employee experience, drive self-service and automated remediation, and reduce ticket volume.
• Automate workplace operations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and scripting while serving as the escalation point for complex incidents and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in end-user computing, modern workplace, or enterprise IT, including 3+ years in an architect or senior technical lead role.
• Enterprise-scale experience designing cloud-native workplace architectures for distributed, hybrid workforces.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, with strong macOS management experience using Jamf or an equivalent platform.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and governance, plus Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with endpoint security, EDR, Microsoft Purview, encryption, application control, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 controls, and audit evidence.
• Fluent English required. Experience communicating architecture decisions to senior IT, Security, and business stakeholders.

• Experience with digital employee experience or end-user experience monitoring tools.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity rollouts.
• Relevant Microsoft or cybersecurity architecture certifications.
