Senior Sales Application Engineer (Robotics & Automation)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and recommend optimized technical solutions.
• Translate complex customer requirements into engineering specifications.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
• Provide hands-on technical support before and after sales engagements.
• Communicate value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work cross-functionally to shape new products and improve application performance while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in integrated product design for robotics, mechatronics, or medical devices.
• 2+ years supporting commercial teams or engaging with customers.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical design and prototyping.
• Advanced SolidWorks capability with strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
