Global Internship HR

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid arrangement with three office days per week and up to two work-from-home days for 40-hour internships

Internship allowance: €450 gross per month; travel allowance up to €23 per day may apply.

hirify.global is an international lingerie retail brand operating across Europe and running global HR, employee experience, and sustainability initiatives.

What you will do

• Support global HR projects connected to the People Strategy and turn ideas into employee-focused solutions.
• Analyse people data and translate findings into insights for HR processes, decisions, and employee experience.
• Coordinate communications for the global performance review cycle and prepare meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Support international HR events, including Global HR Away Days, and coordinate with HR teams across countries.
• Create professional presentations for senior HR meetings and forums such as the European Works Council.
• Contribute to projects in Employee Experience, AI, Internal Communications, Rewards & Recognition, and ESG/CSRD social activities.

Requirements

• Availability for five months starting in February 2027 and enrolment at a school or university throughout the internship.
• Availability for at least four days per week and ability to work from the Hilversum office three days per week.
• Third- or fourth-year Bachelor’s student or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Confident written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Structured approach to deadlines, multiple priorities, independent work, ownership, and confidentiality.
• Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel to structure information, analyse data, and communicate insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Curiosity about AI and responsible use of digital tools.
• A thesis internship arrangement.
