HR Systems Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days in the office and flexibility to work from home based on team needs and individual circumstances.

Salary: Internationally competitive base salary, determined according to experience, skills, and qualifications; performance-based annual incentive and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Improve the global HR systems setup, simplify processes, monitor technology developments, and translate business needs into projects with clear priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage basic system configuration, test change requests, deploy updates, and support new module implementations and user testing.
• Help manage the global payroll vendor relationship and support local HR teams with integration troubleshooting and escalations.
• Provide second-level SuccessFactors support and coordinate between Centres of Excellence, local HR, IT, business functions, and external partners.
• Identify and resolve system issues, improve user experience, and strengthen HR system integrations.
• Document workflows, support end-user adoption, transfer knowledge, and provide practical training on SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

Requirements

• Three to five years of functional experience with HR technology, ideally SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing and implementing HR systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A strong interest in technology advancements, including Artificial Intelligence, and their impact on the way people work.
• A strong analytical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent English.

• Consulting experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and global payroll solutions.
