Licensing Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; at least 3 days per week in the Warsaw office

Salary: PLN 129,150–212,175, potentially including sales incentive payments; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Provide consultative support on licensing requests and guide applicants through hirify.global bylaws, eligibility criteria, rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze licensing eligibility and manage licensing processes for prospective and current clients.
• Handle license administration requests, including sponsorship options, upgrades, mergers, acquisitions, and terminations.
• Investigate licensing questions and issues involving hirify.global Bylaws, hirify.global Rules, banking structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate commitments across Licensing, partners, and stakeholders while identifying risks and recommending solutions.
• Contribute to process and system enhancements, including acceptance testing and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Experience in licensing, regulatory, financial services, payments, or another regulated environment.
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into clear documentation.
• Experience coordinating projects, including planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and problem resolution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement, system enhancement, client onboarding, due diligence, or lifecycle management.
