Salary: $100–$170 per hour

What you will do
- Analyze employment law scenarios and identify key legal issues and potential risks.
- Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from a U.S. law school
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia
- More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law
- Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills
- Excellent written English communication and attention to detail
