What you will do
- Review network incidents, diagnostic outputs, and operational datasets to validate root cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
- Evaluate and improve AI-assisted troubleshooting workflows for enterprise networking environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, engineers, and project managers on model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Create realistic networking scenarios and expert-verified training examples covering routing, switching, wireless LAN, VPN, security, and observability platforms.
- Author annotated datasets with troubleshooting guidance, remediation procedures, risk analysis, and operational impact assessments.
- Use RESTful APIs, Python, and GenAI or agentic coding tools to collect, transform, analyze, and document diagnostic data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
- Strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, wireless technologies, Cisco CLI, and troubleshooting commands.
- Advanced knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VXLAN, 802.1X, Cisco ISE, and enterprise LAN/WLAN environments.
- Practical Splunk experience, including SPL, data onboarding, add-on development, or comparable observability platforms.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, network automation, and Python scripting.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency required. Strong documentation, root cause analysis, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are expected.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst Center, Meraki, ThousandEyes, Nexus Dashboard, ACI, or similar SaaS-managed networking platforms.
