What you will do

• Design and validate realistic legal tasks based on legal research, contract analysis, litigation support, and regulatory review workflows.
• Analyze contracts, agreements, statutes, regulations, case law, and legal filings.
• Develop tasks involving legal research, document classification, issue identification, and contractual interpretation.
• Prepare research summaries, case analyses, compliance assessments, and structured document reviews.
• Identify conflicting provisions, missing clauses, inconsistent terminology, and potential legal risks.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses and collaborate with technical contributors to establish reference solutions and objective evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• Law degree or a relevant bachelor's degree combined with substantial professional experience in legal research, legal operations, or litigation support.
• Substantial professional experience in at least one relevant legal discipline.
• Strong understanding of legal research methods, document interpretation, and legal reasoning.
• Experience analyzing contracts, regulations, legal filings, or case law, including jurisdiction-specific citation practices.
• Ability to distinguish authoritative legal sources from unsupported or outdated claims and explain legal conclusions clearly.
• Strong written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• JD, LLM, master's, or another advanced degree in law or a related discipline.
• Professional legal licensure or bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, or intellectual property.
• Familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, e-discovery, contract lifecycle management, or legal document automation.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated legal analyses, legal technology applications, or legal research benchmarks.
