Location: Fully remote for developers in the Amsterdam area, Netherlands

hirify.global runs a paid program for developers to build their own software projects while evaluating an AI coding assistant.

What you will do

• Develop a personally owned side project, tool, or open-source library.
• Build features, fix bugs, refactor code, and write documentation with an AI coding assistant.
• Compare two assistant responses at each step and explain which response is better.
• Work independently in your own development environment, using your own tools and schedule.

Requirements

• Own a software project personally and solely, stored in a Git repository.
• Work comfortably in the terminal and with Git-based workflows.
• Use macOS, Linux, or Windows with WSL2.
• Write clear, honest evaluations and explain technical choices briefly.
• Work reliably and independently.
• Be based in the Amsterdam area, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining open-source projects.
• An open-source project with an approved license.
