Legal Counsel (Web3 Products)

OKX operates a crypto exchange and develops OKX Wallet, OKLink, and other blockchain products that provide access to crypto markets and decentralized applications.

What you will do

• Provide legal advice on new Web3 products, product features, marketing materials, and regulatory changes.
• Draft, review, maintain, and negotiate commercial agreements, internal policies, terms of service, disclaimers, and legal templates.
• Assess legal and reputational risk across newly regulated and unregulated environments and multiple regulatory regimes.
• Monitor legal and compliance developments, especially in the United States, and advise on their impact on the Web3 business.
• Manage external counsel and support internal stakeholders with standard operating processes and general Web3 business matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 8–15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience with blockchain and decentralized Web3 products and services, including token projects, dApps, and aggregator platforms.
• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with product management and software development workflows.
• Ability to manage high-pressure and time-sensitive situations with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
