Product Counsel – Equities & Tokenized Securities

Location: Remote-first work-from-home arrangement; role available in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Serve as the Legal point of contact for equities and tokenized securities products and coordinate with regulatory, compliance, risk, commercial, privacy, tax, marketing, and other teams.
• Support product development throughout design, launch, and ongoing operations while identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Advise on securities, financial instruments, digital assets, financial promotions, advertising, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Draft, amend, and negotiate brokerage agreements, tokenization agreements, trading terms, partner contracts, and product templates.
• Support client complaints, disputes, licensing initiatives, external counsel engagement, and internal legal training.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide commercially minded solutions for equities and tokenized securities products.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4–10 years of experience in a law firm, financial services firm, or fast-paced technology company.
• Deep knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulation, including brokerage licensing, securities trading rules, and financial market infrastructure.
• Experience advising products, managing complex projects, prioritizing across stakeholders, and working independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration, commercial judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with regulatory, compliance, and cross-functional business teams across jurisdictions and time zones.
• Work-from-home arrangement is remote-first, with the role located in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy, data protection, intellectual property, technology transactions, or litigation.
• Experience bridging traditional finance with tokenized securities, crypto, or Web3.
• Strong interest in crypto and digital-asset markets.
