Senior Corporate Legal Counsel (Web3)

Location: Remote-first, with the role available in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, or the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop and implement group legal strategy in support of business objectives.
• Advise on corporate transactions, reorganisations, governance initiatives, and intra-group arrangements.
• Support M&A, investments, joint ventures, and global restructurings.
• Draft and review legal documents, assess risks, and recommend measures that protect and enhance business value.
• Partner with regional and cross-functional teams and lead negotiations with external parties.
• Train non-legal colleagues and promote consistent legal risk management across the organisation.

Requirements

• Qualified to practise law in a leading jurisdiction with significant corporate legal experience.
• Typically 8+ years of post-qualification experience at a top law firm or in-house at an established or high-growth company.
• Corporate transactional and general corporate governance experience, ideally from a reputable law firm.
• Experience managing complex legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong legal drafting, interpretation, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen, sound judgement, independence, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced in-house environment.
