Change Manager (iGaming)

Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia, or Malta and able to work on-site.

hirify.global develops and operates Remote Slots and Live Casino products in regulated iGaming markets.

What you will do

• Track front-end and back-end releases to production across Remote Slots and Live Casino.
• Maintain change and version registers covering production, staging, and development environments for each game.
• Prepare and distribute release notes in coordination with Development, QA, and Operations.
• Coordinate change-related activity across Delivery Management, Development, QA, Operations, IT, Legal, Regulatory, and Technical Compliance.
• Log infrastructure, server, and hardware changes and route regulatory reporting matters to Compliance.
• Support regulatory audit calls, jurisdictional submissions, and delivery coordination activities.

Requirements

• Experience in change management, release management, or IT service management, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience in iGaming, gambling, or another tightly regulated technology sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining spreadsheets, Jira records, and other documentation.
• Ability to coordinate Development, QA, Operations, IT, Legal, Regulatory, and Technical Compliance stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of software release lifecycles, versioning, and development, staging, and production environments.
• Fluent, professional English is required, and the role must be performed on-site from Belgrade, Serbia, or Malta.

Nice to have

• Prior delivery or project management experience.
• Familiarity with RNG, RTP, or other core gaming system concepts.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
• Additional languages relevant to regulated markets.
