IT Solution Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage IT projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Own designated technology areas and provide strategic direction and continuous improvement.
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Manage third-party service providers and align them with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and drive data-informed improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
