VP Tech Growth Strategy (AI & Robotics)

What you will do

• Define technology investment and growth strategy across AI, Physical AI, robotics, digital infrastructure, connectivity, and adjacent sectors.
• Develop investment theses, originate opportunities, and build acquisition, partnership, and investment pipelines.
• Lead technical due diligence covering platforms, infrastructure, architecture, scalability, integration complexity, and synergies.
• Partner with Corporate Development and Finance on transaction strategy, deal economics, financial models, and value creation plans.
• Lead transactions from initial assessment through closing, integration, platform migration, systems consolidation, and synergy delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing technology strategy team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in M&A, corporate development, strategic investments, and transaction execution in technology-intensive sectors.
• Strong experience across AI, Physical AI, robotics, digital infrastructure, connectivity, and related technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define strategy, generate deal pipelines, lead transactions, and realise value.
• Extensive technical due diligence experience, including network infrastructure, platform architecture, integration complexity, and synergy quantification.
• Strong financial modelling skills, including DCF valuation, integration costs, TSA pricing, synergy quantification, and business cases.
• Executive-level communication, commercial acumen, and experience leading teams across concurrent international transactions.

Nice to have

• Telecoms or technology transaction experience from an operator, infrastructure company, specialist boutique, or top-tier consulting firm.
• Experience with AI, robotics, automation, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, or emerging technology markets.
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field; CFA or relevant professional certification.
