Senior DevSecOps Engineer (AI Platform)

hirify.global develops semiconductor manufacturing systems and is establishing a central AI-enabled Dev-as-a-Service platform for software, data, and AI application delivery.

What you will do

• Design, build, integrate, secure, and operate platform capabilities on Microsoft Azure.
• Build governed, reproducible, self-service developer workspaces using Coder or comparable technologies.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules, platform templates, automation modules, golden paths, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement cloud networking, identity and access management, workload identities, secrets management, policy controls, artifact management, and container registries.
• Operate observability and reliability capabilities including monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and operational automation.
• Own platform capabilities throughout their lifecycle, support platform consumers, and contribute to technical decisions, standards, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud networking, identity, secrets, policy controls, and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, artifact management, secure software supply chains, monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational automation.
• Strong scripting or software-engineering skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent technologies.
• Based in Veldhoven, Netherlands. Ability to translate platform requirements into secure, scalable, supportable solutions and collaborate across engineering, architecture, security, and enterprise service teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms, Dev-as-a-Service capabilities, developer portals, service catalogs, platform APIs, GitOps, policy-as-code, and golden paths.
• Experience supporting AI/ML workflows and the needs of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Experience integrating enterprise, cloud, commercial, and open-source technologies in large-scale environments.
