DevOps Coach & Change Enabler (Banking)

hirify.global is recruiting for a major Dutch bank’s Asset Based Finance IT organisation, which uses partner software and in-house applications for leasing and commercial finance.

What you will do

• Set the direction for the organisation’s DevOps journey across five teams.
• Coach DevOps teams, Product Owners, IT Leads, Grid Owners, and senior management.
• Strengthen Agile practices and DevOps capabilities to improve delivery flow, quality, and predictability.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, ownership, and cross-team dependencies.
• Use insights and metrics to drive targeted coaching and continuous improvement.
• Challenge existing patterns and build support for organisational change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in change and stakeholder management.
• Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification.
• Training in a scaling framework such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or Spotify.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps and Lean / Six Sigma.
• Fluent Dutch and English; the role is based in Utrecht.
