Senior Tech Lead Consumer Interaction

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; candidates must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there. Candidates requiring relocation from another country cannot be considered.

Salary: €7,556–€10,794 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Define and execute the IT delivery strategy for the Consumer Interaction area.
• Shape the IT vision, roadmap, service portfolio, and strategic priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Drive operational transformation, DevOps maturity, Simplified@Scale adoption, and engineering excellence.
• Lead approximately six squads and around 40 colleagues, including Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps Engineers.
• Manage IT risks, security standards, budgets, vendors, partners, contract negotiations, and on-site visits.
• Act as standby manager once per quarter to support business continuity and 24x7 service delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience leading and developing large teams of approximately 40 employees and building high-performing DevOps organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile, DevOps, work item management, portfolio management, service design, consumer success enablement, and scaling models such as Simplified@Scale.
• Strong expertise in software engineering, operations, security, performance, and offshore or nearshore collaboration.
• Business-level Dutch and English proficiency required.
• Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
