Brokerage Operations Quality Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required.

Base salary: $59,700–$84,300 per year.

What you will do

• Administer quality control standards and provide accurate quality results for brokerage processing.
• Review and approve new account enrollments, maintenance requests, ACH setups, distributions, transfers, and pending transactions.
• Conduct post-transaction quality assurance, research, reconciliations, and reprocessing.
• Handle escalated and complex service issues while identifying processing trends and recommending improvements.
• Train and mentor brokerage representatives and act as a subject matter expert for self-directed brokerage plan conversions and maintenance.
• Support FINRA, SEC, and internal audit requests while mitigating trading, security, AML, and fraud risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least one year of experience in brokerage services or operations.
• FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting are required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Service, Sales, internal business partners, and external vendors.

Nice to have

• NetX 360 or Pershing experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and additional brokerage operations or industry expertise.
