Candidate Care Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Execute the candidate care strategy and support the Candidate Care Partner in delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, post-offer support, updates, questions, and feedback collection.
• Administer candidate satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvements.
• Recommend process improvements using technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with hub and in-market recruiters to align candidate care practices with regional guidelines.
• Develop and maintain candidate knowledge resources for the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Experience providing recruitment administration and scheduling support.
• Experience working with a global Center of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, technologies, and scheduling tools.
• Native Mandarin proficiency and good English skills required.
