Marketing Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy and brand plans.
• Define and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Collect and analyze market data, sales results, and competitor positions.
• Design, execute, and control promotional and sales growth activities.
• Support existing product development and the creation of new products.
• Oversee internal and external communication activities, including PR.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
• University degree.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, strategic planning, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing teams, with an analytical, adaptable, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
