Senior Robotics Product Manager (AI)

Location: Beit HaEmek, Northern District, Israel

What you will do

• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, operations, and product management.
• Define product objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with customer insights and business priorities.
• Drive ideation, development, and launches for innovative products and platforms.
• Apply lean and agile methods to support rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee hardware product lifecycles from requirements and design through development, manufacturing, and post-launch improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in multidisciplinary environments.
• Proven experience managing complex products in multidisciplinary companies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a mechanical background is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder alignment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High-level English proficiency in written and spoken communication; occasional travel is required.
