AI Engineering Execution Manager (Temporary Position - Maternity Leave)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate execution across multiple teams for complex AI development projects.
• Drive adoption of the AI Engineering group’s modern machine learning development lifecycle.
• Define and implement success metrics focused on integration, onboarding, and product adoption.
• Engage with users, customers, and partners to understand needs, shape roadmaps, and drive delivery.
• Align priorities and plans with engineers and product managers while monitoring progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify and help resolve technical and organizational blockers while supporting group-level planning and communication.

Requirements

• Experience leading execution across multiple teams on complex technical or product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning development workflows, platforms, or products.
• Experience turning strategy and roadmaps into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and delivered results.
• Experience defining success metrics and using them to guide product adoption and improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, judgment, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to engage with technical challenges, surface blockers, and work with engineers toward resolution.
