Senior Growth Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Research public blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, on-chain trading, consumer applications, and emerging protocols to identify partnership and growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across markets.
• Plan and execute global and regional co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events.
• Own campaign objectives, mechanics, budgets, resources, launches, and post-campaign analysis.
• Analyze qualified-user growth, first on-chain interactions, conversion funnels, retention, campaign costs, and partner-project performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to improve product and campaign experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations, with verifiable results from personally led projects.
• Hands-on experience with wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream dApps, plus knowledge of token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity.
• Understanding of on-chain user segments, community behavior, ecosystem building, project onboarding, user acquisition, and sustained usage.
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute campaigns, including objectives, audiences, mechanics, budgets, execution, and outcome analysis.
• Strong data analysis, communication, project-management, and execution skills in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required.

• Experience with RWA, Meme, emerging protocols, on-chain trading, user education, ecosystem partnerships, or Wallet growth.
• An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators.
• Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets.
