Senior Creative Strategist

Location: Beijing or Shenzhen; office work expected 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Develop creative ideas, strategies, initiatives, and presentation materials for major advertising clients on hirify.globalchat.
• Work with clients and agencies to understand business goals and create campaign strategies and solutions.
• Present and pitch advertising solutions while educating clients about hirify.globalchat.
• Discuss campaign design and provide creative feedback.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on long-term creative and partnership strategies.
• Build relationships with account executives, sales leads, and senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of mobile marketing and strategy development for social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience developing creative work for digital and offline media.
• Ability to clearly present thought-leading advertising solutions and command a room.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
