Associate, Commercial Business Operations (Advertising)

What you will do

• Create, manage, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns for suppliers.
• Coordinate campaign setup, billing, and delivery with internal and external partners.
• Work with Advertising Sales Managers, account teams, and clients to align campaign goals and execution.
• Monitor campaign health, improve performance, and provide ongoing sponsored products advertising support.
• Work with Product teams to troubleshoot and quality-assure advertising products and platforms.
• Drive process improvements, protect advertising revenue, and support ad operations projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize short- and long-term goals, and work under tight deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Self-starter mentality, entrepreneurial attitude, and ownership of work and process improvements.
