Senior Production Coordinator (Sports Broadcasting)

What you will do

• Manage and track budgets for live and non-live sports programs.
• Coordinate production resources, talent, external staff bookings, onboarding, and contract processing.
• Manage travel and operational logistics for talent and production staff.
• Coordinate workflows, delivery requirements, and deadlines with external production partners.
• Work with global, technical, and operations teams to deliver productions and support cross-regional projects.
• Act as the primary contact for on-site production operations and recommend improvements to content quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Proactive, independent, and reliable approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and escalation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
