DCL Specialist (Disney Cruise Line Japan)

Disney Experiences is developing and supporting Disney Cruise Line Japan in coordination with Oriental Land Company, Oriental Land Cruise Company, and external partners.

What you will do

• Facilitate Disney approvals for external communications and operational or commercial deviations related to Disney Cruise Line Japan.
• Coordinate communication and alignment among Disney, OLC, OCC, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track approval requests, action items, deliverables, risks, and project progress through Airtable and internal systems.
• Coordinate NDAs, required agreements, documentation, presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Support weekly, monthly, virtual, and in-person meetings by preparing materials, documenting decisions, and managing follow-up activities.
• Support business travel planning, meeting logistics, interpretation arrangements, and administrative workflows for project teams and visiting stakeholders.

Requirements

• Business-level communication and document coordination in Japanese and English.
• Experience coordinating approvals, projects, stakeholders, documentation, or operational workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, and escalation of issues or deviations.
• Ability to work with Airtable and other internal workflow or record-management systems.
• Ability to work in Chiba, Japan and support virtual and in-person meetings and business travel coordination.
