Senior Lead Project Manager - Network & Edge

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans for network infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead large-scale network refresh, site rollout, cloud connectivity, implementation, and migration projects.
• Coordinate customers, vendors, and internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage quality, budget, costs, schedules, resources, issues, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, customer reporting, and post-project assessments.
• Identify continuous improvements and contribute to long-term digital transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience managing IT infrastructure or network-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, progress tracking, issue management, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating customers and multiple vendors on large-scale or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Basic technical understanding of network infrastructure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers and prepare documentation in Japanese.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale network refresh projects and program management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with enterprise customers in financial services, manufacturing, or the public sector.
• Experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure projects, global teams, or customer communication in English.
