What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of network-related projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Construct detailed project plans and lead status, planning, and cadence meetings.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks while ensuring team alignment on technical requirements.
• Coordinate incident isolation, recovery planning, and execution for network operations.
• Drive value delivery and manage customer change requests with diplomacy and assertiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in network construction or operations projects.
• Expertise in traditional data center network design and implementation.
• Strong skills in general network or voice infrastructure construction.
• Proven ability in incident isolation and recovery planning.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese are required for client interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing network operations and monitoring systems.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Juniper Professional, or VMware VCP-NV.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like SDN or SD-WAN.
• Expertise in network security technologies including SASE.
• English proficiency for email and technical documentation.
