Client Services Associate II, PCS (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide support throughout clinical trials.
• Coordinate and manage patient-centred clinical trial activities, timelines, and milestones.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support project execution.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain smooth project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in client services, project management, or clinical research coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with clinical trial management systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required.
