Focus on managing CAAP-approved maintenance activities, coordinating 24/7 AOG technical support, controlling budgets and audits, and developing high-performing engineering and technical teams.

What you will do

  • Lead the Aircraft Technical Services function across APAC, covering technical support, aircraft MRO, maintenance and data services, technical data, service bulletins, and methods and tools.
  • Ensure the continued airworthiness, safety, reliability, and operational readiness of the Airbus Helicopters fleet in the Philippines.
  • Manage CAAP Part-6 approved maintenance operations across hangar, line, and component maintenance, including defect rectification and corrective actions.
  • Lead customer-facing technical support for technical data, HUMS, continuing airworthiness, and connected services queries.
  • Fulfill technical support service-level obligations, including 24/7 AOG support, audits, product reviews, and follow-the-sun coverage.
  • Manage budgets, project schedules, SAP billing and cost tracking, procurement support, audits, team development, and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in aerospace, aviation, business administration, or a related field.
  • CAAP or equivalent Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification required.
  • More than 10 years of experience in helicopter maintenance or a design office, including the last 3 years in a management position.
  • Expert knowledge of Airbus Helicopters products covering at least two aircraft types.
  • Operational knowledge of EASA and CAAP regulations for Part 21, Part 145, and Part 66.
  • Effective written and oral English communication required. Bilingual ability is preferred.
