Focus on maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating risk-management activities, and contributing to cross-functional compliance projects.

hirify.global supports ING’s wholesale banking operations in the Asia Pacific region from its regional headquarters in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Support updates and maintenance of local and regional compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with the Enterprise Risk Management rollout for compliance policies.
  • Support the rollout of mandatory compliance training.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects for the Singapore Compliance team.
  • Work with stakeholders across the bank and gain exposure to banking processes.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Experience with web programming languages is favorable.
