Robotics Solution Manager (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Shanghai, China; additional locations in Beijing and Shenzhen.

What you will do

• Own and drive the robotics solution roadmap across components, platforms, software, models, systems, and enablement.
• Act as the primary contact for key robotics ecosystem partners and customers, leading technical alignment sessions and business reviews.
• Identify, prioritize, and close design opportunities from customer evaluation through commitment.
• Translate market and customer requirements into solution definitions, priorities, product plans, and enablement plans.
• Build business cases, assess competitive dynamics, and guide roadmap trade-offs and value-creation opportunities.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, business units, sales, marketing, customers, and partners while tracking performance and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in robotics or a related field, including humanoid, articulated, or mobile robots.
• Experience with the China robotics ecosystem and with owning robotics product definition, design, development, validation, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in robotics, computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Ability to develop complex technical and business strategies and solve technical and business problems with limited direction.
• Experience working with engineering experts to define strategic product architecture and detailed specifications.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, MRD/PRD, competitive analysis, product positioning, RFI/RFQ, and new product introduction experience.
