Site Collaboration Product Architect (Autonomous Systems)

What you will do

• Define and plan collaboration kit products for excavators, wheel loaders, auxiliary equipment, and autonomous vehicles.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with autonomy strategy, customer workflows, and deployment requirements.
• Design workflows for access and handover, mission assignment, authorization, state monitoring, traffic coordination, exception recovery, and safety escalation.
• Lead vehicle-based HMI and mobile application concepts for operators and site personnel.
• Collaborate with autonomy, controls, software, systems, algorithms, UX, and validation teams from concept through deployment.
• Support site integration, field validation, customer feedback, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, HMI development, or related product development.
• Experience designing mobile, vehicle-based, or industrial HMI solutions.
• Ability to analyze operational workflows and convert complex processes into practical product solutions.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, autonomous systems, intelligent transportation, or connected vehicles.
• Background in autonomous haulage systems, fleet management, dispatching, traffic management, or machine automation.
• Experience with excavators, wheel loaders, haul trucks, or multi-machine coordination systems.
• Knowledge of functional safety, human factors engineering, or human-autonomy interaction.
• Experience supporting field deployments and customer-facing product validation.
