Robotics Solution Manager

Location: On-site in Shanghai, China, with additional locations in Beijing and Shenzhen

What you will do

• Own and drive the robotics solution roadmap across components, platforms, and enablement.
• Manage relationships with key robotics ecosystem partners and customers, including technical alignment sessions and business reviews.
• Identify, prioritize, and close design opportunities from evaluation through customer commitment.
• Translate market and customer requirements into solution definitions, product priorities, and enablement plans.
• Build business cases, assess competitive dynamics, and support roadmap and investment decisions.
• Coordinate execution across business units, R&D engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams while tracking business performance.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of industry experience in robotics or a related field, including humanoid, articulated, or mobile robotics.
• Familiarity with the China robotics ecosystem.
• Experience owning robotics product definition, design, development, validation, and deployment.
• Ability to develop complex technical and business strategies and solve problems with limited direction.
• Experience creating product architecture and specifications, writing MRDs and PRDs, conducting competitive analysis, and positioning products for customers and partners.
