Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada

hirify.global is an independent research and analysis firm covering the semiconductor supply chain, AI models, software, infrastructure, and related technology markets.

What you will do

• Launch the TCO dashboard and build new views and features across the TCO, Tokenomics, and Compute Capital and Markets dashboards.
• Load model releases and develop checks that identify errors before client publication.
• Collect and validate component prices, power costs, GPU rental prices, token prices, and other model inputs while maintaining clear sources.
• Work with analysts to translate model outputs into accurate, reliable dashboards and answer client questions about the numbers.
• Create charts and concise written explanations of technical and financial results.
• Contribute to newsletter articles, with opportunities for direct authorship.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills and professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated interest in AI hardware, data centers, or technology markets through projects, coursework, or work.
• Ability to use AI coding agents effectively and verify their output.
• Strong attention to numerical accuracy, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to revise work based on feedback.
• Self-driven approach and commitment to high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Next.js.
