Senior GL Payroll Accountant

What you will do

• Execute global payroll month-end journals and Oracle close tasks.
• Calculate and record complex payroll accruals, including bonuses, leave, and severance.
• Prepare BlackLine balance sheet reconciliations and resolve clearing variances.
• Maintain US GAAP compliance and SOX internal control documentation.
• Deliver monthly payroll flux analysis with FP&A and test new payroll earning and deduction codes.
• Support financial audits, statutory filings, and improvements to close processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in global payroll accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
• Comfort working with a remote manager and a global team.
