General Ledger and Financial Reporting Accountant (CPA) (Manufacturing): Preparing statutory financial reports, PEZA-compliant statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities with an accent on IFRS, US GAAP, audit coordination, and manufacturing accounting. Focus on maintaining secondary ledgers, supporting PEZA registrations, improving accounting systems, and explaining financial fluctuations.
Location: Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement and dayshift schedule

What you will do
- Maintain the secondary ledger for local statutory reporting.
- Prepare segregated financial statements for registered PEZA activities and support PEZA project registrations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit adjustments, reports, and schedules.
- Prepare journal entries under IFRS and US GAAP, review trial balances and preliminary P&L statements, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations using the ARCS tool and perform fluctuation analysis and monthly financial statement analytics.
- Participate in finance projects and accounting or system process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
- At least five years of accounting and/or auditing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP is required.
- Knowledge of PFRS and/or US GAAP, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Open to working in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines, in a hybrid arrangement and on a dayshift schedule.
