Mid-Sen Forward Deployed AI Engineer (C#/React)

Location: Priority is given to candidates located in Hungary, Poland, or Serbia.

What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, data scientists, and analysts to design and deliver software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture and build responsive React interfaces.
• Develop and manage databases, applications, and effective APIs using production-ready engineering practices.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, and automation workflows.
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and improve application responsiveness, efficiency, security, and data protection.
• Create technical documentation and contribute throughout the product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong backend experience with C#, .NET, and Entity Framework, including more than 4 years of experience.
• Frontend experience with React, SCSS, and reusable component development.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and proficient SQL skills, plus experience with Azure or other cloud technologies.
• Hands-on, production-level AI experience is required, including LLM APIs, prompt strategies, AI workflows, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, model evaluation, hallucination reduction, and safety guardrails.
• Fluent English is required. Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving, and Agile experience are expected.

Nice to have

• UI/UX design experience.
• DevOps experience with Azure DevOps or Azure App Services.
• Component testing experience with Cypress.
