Senior Financial Planner (FPC Compensation Plan)

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; work may require travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance

What you will do

• Manage and grow a complex client portfolio through self-sourced leads and dedicated relationship management.
• Deliver personalized investment advice and comprehensive financial plans covering investment, estate, retirement, tax, and credit needs.
• Build local market networks, create sales plans, convert leads, and generate referrals.
• Mentor and coach a team of financial advisors in solving client problems and making informed decisions.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative with CIRO Investment Dealer, CIRO Mutual Fund Dealer, or applicable AMF licensing.
• CFP designation upon hire; Quebec candidates also require relevant CIFC or CSC and RRC qualifications.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, analytical, client service, and financial advising skills.
