Assistant Audio Investor (Audio)

What you will do

• Order and confirm audio media placements, handle makegoods, monitor scheduled spots, maintain added value, and reconcile billing.
• Review buying guidelines and objectives with the Audio Investor.
• Maintain accurate buy files and financial information aligned with the buying system.
• Assume pre-buy and post-buy responsibilities for small markets and accounts.
• Implement work-related goals for clients and build relationships with vendor partners.
• Learn audio media terminology, marketplace trends, and the negotiation process across AM/FM radio, digital audio, satellite, podcasting, and HD Radio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience.
• Interest in the audio landscape and willingness to learn and keep up with trends.
• Comfort working with large sets of data and numbers.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
