Senior Manager, Commerce Media, Amazon Search (Amazon)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus monthly variable revenue payments and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead commerce media strategy and activation across client accounts and retail media platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
• Manage, coach, develop, and evaluate Commerce individual contributors and potentially first-line managers.
• Review client-facing plans, performance narratives, testing agendas, and readouts for quality and consistency.
• Connect commerce media plans with Search, Social, TV, Creative, CRM, and retail marketplace strategies.
• Standardize launch readiness, QA, pacing, change logs, reporting, documentation, and retail event playbooks.
• Improve performance through data-driven optimization, automation, AI, reusable workflows, and cross-account initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in commerce media, retail media, or paid commerce.
• Meaningful experience with major retail media ecosystems, including Amazon and/or Walmart plus other platforms.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including performance management, QA oversight, and capability building.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, ACoS, new-to-brand measurement, incrementality, experimentation, seasonality, and retail events.
• Ability to standardize work across multiple accounts and maintain quality under changing priorities.
• Strong communication and executive-ready storytelling skills for translating performance drivers into clear actions.
