Associate, Billing

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year

hirify.global provides media and client service operations supported by billing, brand, and reconciliation teams.

What you will do

• Manage client billing, including client fees, media invoices, and travel and expense charges.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing across assigned client accounts.
• Prepare draft billing, reports, supporting documentation, and complete client billing packages.
• Upload invoices to the designated processing platform and distribute billing materials.
• Maintain organized billing records, calendars, deadlines, and workflow updates.
• Partner with Brand Teams, billing teams, reconciliation teams, management, clients, and auditors.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong mathematical, numerical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
• College degree or prior experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain scheduling flexibility for client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with FreeWheel, Strata, SBMS, Mediaocean, or Prisma.
• Experience contributing to departmental process improvements.
