Senior Product Manager, Home Networking

Location: Irvine, California, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for Mesh systems, routers, accessories, extenders, portable Wi-Fi solutions, and broadband access gateways.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from concept and product definition through launch, shipment, and post-launch optimization.
• Create PRDs, feature strategies, pricing recommendations, business cases, and go-to-market plans for hardware, firmware, mobile applications, and cloud-connected experiences.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight work to identify product opportunities and solve consumer pain points.
• Coordinate execution across R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, industrial design, supply chain, vendors, sales, and marketing.
• Drive innovation involving AI-powered networking, Wi-Fi 8, performance, security, usability, and next-generation connected home ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer home networking, connected devices, smart home, or related technology industries; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience owning hardware-related product lines through the complete development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of routers, mesh systems, wireless standards, cloud-connected ecosystems, and mobile app integrations.
• Experience writing detailed PRDs, building roadmaps and GTM strategies, and leading cross-functional product execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, decision-making, and stakeholder-influence skills, including the ability to provide concrete examples of AI integration into networking or consumer technology products.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI-enabled networking features or integrating AI into consumer networking products.
• Experience launching large-scale consumer networking products with global reach.
• Familiarity with firmware, mobile applications, cloud services, Wi-Fi 7, or Wi-Fi 8.
• Experience in highly collaborative global product development organizations.
