Principal Product Manager (Strata Cloud Manager - Network Management)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States of America. Most teams work from the office full time.

Annual base salary: $176,800–$286,000.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Strata Cloud Manager platform.
• Lead platformization initiatives across NGFW, cloud-delivered shared services, and SASE teams.
• Engage with customers, prospects, field teams, and industry analysts to communicate the product roadmap.
• Drive product adoption and AI innovations focused on proactive prevention and automated remediation.
• Create product messaging, technical guides, and sales tools with Product Marketing.
• Coordinate with professional services and support teams and contribute to packaging, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience shipping enterprise software or cloud management platforms.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking and wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, WLAN controllers, access point management, and RF management.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, SD-WAN, SASE, DNS/DHCP, IPsec VPNs, network observability, telemetry, SNMP, and AIOps.
• Product management experience with enterprise network security, cloud platforms, SaaS, data analytics, and RESTful API integrations.
• Ability to influence engineering, UX, and architecture teams and communicate with network architects, CISOs, CIOs, and industry analysts.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise network management consoles, wireless management dashboards, or Panorama environments.
• Professional networking or wireless certifications such as CWNA/CWNP or CCNP/CCIE Wireless or Enterprise.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to scale.
