Product Manager, Software Products

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product scope, requirements, and prioritization across customer-facing applications and embedded terminal software.
• Translate customer and internal needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Define roadmaps, sequence releases, and align stakeholders on priorities and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering and UX design to deliver usable, technically feasible features and reliability improvements.
• Work with customers, sales, marketing, and Customer Success to gather feedback, support launches, and improve adoption.
• Use product telemetry, usage data, customer feedback, and quality metrics to guide iteration and measure outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering technically complex software products.
• Experience working with software engineering teams on architecture, integrations, system dependencies, and technical requirements.
• Ability to conduct user interviews and turn insights into clear product direction.
• Experience using data, product signals, customer feedback, telemetry, and business priorities for product decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on software development or coding experience.
• Experience with embedded software, cloud platforms, networking infrastructure, or integrated software components.
• Experience managing B2B SaaS products or platforms with frequent software releases.
• Experience in startup environments and comfort managing ambiguity.
